Matt Mulcahy
Accredited Exercise Physiologist
BClinExPhys (Hons) - ESSAM
Matt graduated with First Class Honours in Clinical Exercise Physiology from the University of Southern Queensland. He takes particular interest in chronic disease and injury management, providing rehabilitation strategies through movement and education, empowering those he works with to feel more in control of their health and long-term wellbeing.
Matt is also a registered yoga teacher and teacher trainer, with over a decade of experience helping people of all ages understand the benefits of movement. He takes a holistic and evidence-based approach to exercise, tailored to the individual needs of his clients.
Matt is a regular at his local community gym and enjoys running, yoga and Pilates. He is committed to helping people make exercise an accessible and enjoyable part of everyday life.
Samuel Duck
Accredited Exercise Physiologist

Samuel graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology from Queensland University of Technology (QUT). His lifestyle in sports and athletic development coaching led him to become an Accredited Exercise Physiologist. Sam utilises exercise as a form of medicine to help improve people’s physical and mental health.
In his spare time, Sam enjoys playing football (soccer), climbing mountains, and doing anything outdoors. So, keep an eye out on your local pitch or the trails as he may be about. Sam loves to run and stay fit in the gym, and he can’t stress enough the importance that exercise has on improving your quality of life.
Rob Murray

Rob graduated with a Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology from the University of Queensland in 2012. Since then, he has worked at QLD Health as a Senior Exercise Physiologist within the Type 2 Diabetes and Healthy Kidneys Program, he runs the QUT Health Clinics as the Exercise Physiology Clinic Coordinator, and runs his business, Atrium Exercise Physiology. Throughout his career so far he has honed his skills in musculoskeletal and pain rehabilitation, and chronic disease management.
In his spare time, Rob likes to keep fit in the gym, pool and on the bike, and enjoys rugby and cricket. He believes that motion is lotion and that movement is key to improving and maintaining health. He uses evidence-based practice to develop programs which facilitate positive lifestyle and behavioural modification.
