Exercise and the NDIS
Under the NDIS, we provide tailored, evidence-based exercise programs for participants to improve mobility, strength and independence related to their disability.
Funded under Capacity Building, these services are aimed at:
Improving mental health, wellbeing and self-esteem
Pain reduction
Improved mobility and physical function
Enhancing daily living skills
Greater independence and the ability to achieve important life goals
Who is the service for?
This service is designed for NDIS participants with physical, intellectual or psychosocial disabilities, including (but not limited to) conditions such as cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, autism, fibromyalgia and multiple sclerosis.
Prices
Subject to the individuals funding, entitled plan-managed clients may be able to access Exercise Physiology services to help manage permanent disability, where that disability impacts on the ability to perform daily activities.
