Group Classes

Group exercise classes in a supportive environment, aligned with individual needs and supervised by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist.

Strength & Conditioning

Monday & Thursday | 9.30am

Our group strength and conditioning classes are designed to promote confidence using gym-based equipment, by building a strong foundation for long-term progress, focussing on technique and consistency.

We utilise free weights, barbells, machines and healthy impact loading to support a range of chronic conditions, including bone and joint (e.g., osteoporosis), cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes mellitus and more.

We work in 10-week cycles that are targeted, progressive and aligned with individual needs, whilst maintaining a safe and supportive group environment.

Participation in this class requires attending an initial consultation with one of our Accredited Exercise Physiologists to assess suitability.

Maximum 8 participants per class. Our classes are supervised by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist.

Tai-Chi

Monday | 10.15am (starts 25 May)

Tai-Chi is a therapeutic, low-impact exercise modality designed to improve balance, coordination and overall functional mobility. Often focussing on falls prevention, Tai-Chi can also assist with joint flexibility and increase postural tolerance, whilst aiding relaxation and nervous system regulation.

These sessions blend traditional, slow-moving Tai-Chi techniques with modern, evidence-based exercise science principles.

IMPORTANT: Classes are conducted outdoors on a flat, grassed area. In the event of inclement weather, classes will be cancelled. Participants will be notified via email at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled class time.

Please note, class packages do not apply for Tai-Chi classes and will be charged at $20 per session.

Balance

Friday | 12pm

Our group balance class is designed to improve balance coordination, reduce falls risk, improve functional mobility and enhance activities of daily living. It is also suitable for those looking to increase stability to improve exercise performance.

We utilise a combination of static and dynamic balance drills, weight-based exercises, dual-tasking activities, Tai-Chi and game play, helping participants maintain their independence in a safe and controlled environment.

Participation in this class requires attending an initial consultation with one of our Accredited Exercise Physiologists to assess suitability.

Maximum 8 participants per class. Our classes are supervised by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist.
